After a hiatus due to previous service disappointments, we recently revisited AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park and were pleased to find significant improvements in their hospitality. The dining room service was attentive and professional, enhancing our overall experience. The restaurant's interior is undeniably captivating, exuding a romantic atmosphere with dim lighting that transports guests to an elevated Greek setting. The décor and ambiance are meticulously crafted, making it a visually stunning venue. Culinary-wise, while the dishes are good, they don't quite reach the exceptional standards one might expect for the price point. For instance, the Potato Millefeuille, once a more substantial offering, is now presented as a bite-sized portion. Additionally, although the menu features new drinks, they didn't particularly stand out. Considering the value proposition, there's a lingering sense of not receiving full worth for the expenditure. The flavors, while pleasant, lack the "wow" factor that would justify the premium pricing. In summary, AVA MediterrAegean is worth visiting at least once to immerse yourself in its exquisite atmosphere and refined ambiance. However, for future visits, we might opt to enjoy the bar area and savor the ambiance, perhaps accompanied by the Potato Millefeuille, rather than committing to a full dining experience.

I have always wanted to go here because it seems like a very fun environment and it is always busy. I came here with a group of girlfriends for my friend's birthday I will say one thing right off the bat the service is exceptional and very top notch. Their version of a spicy margarita the margarita Verde was very delicious and not too spicy. I ordered the truffle risotto which was very delicious however I don't think it justified the price in my opinion $40. The atmosphere was really nice to be able to talk to everybody. Food and drinks came at a good pace I would say my only negative experience would be the cost per taste of everything, nothing knocked my socks off for the price.

We dined in and had a five star experience. The restaurant is easy to find and there is ample parking on the street for free. The restaurant is chic and stylish with indoor and outdoor seating. We went for brunch and everything we had was a clear 5/5 I taste and presentation. I would highly recommend this restaurant! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. A lot of breakfast and brunch items are already gluten-free so I had an easy time choosing something. Fresh oysters, omlette, Horiatiki salad and mimosas. My husband had a range of items like the Shakshuka, but finished with some type of Baklava dessert. Everything was delicious and I can not wait to return.

Ava MediterrAegean is nothing short of spectacular! From the moment you step inside, the Mediterranean-inspired decor and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening. The service is impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. The food is a true highlight. What makes Ava even more special is the attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience. It's perfect for celebrating special occasions or just treating yourself to something extraordinary. Highly recommend making a reservation--this place gets busy for good reason!

The attention to detail by the table servers is exemplary. Every floor runner had a smile and took initiative to extend a helping hand. Bravo! It was my mother's birthday, they brought her a thoughtful card and a delicious, gifted Tapas dish. Mom enjoyed her lamb, My husband loved the hanger steak, and my sister loved her chicken tagine. As for me, the salted Sea Bream was everything I hoped for and better. Thank you for a wonderful family dinner, AVA!

I got the hummus with the fresh chickpeas paprika and the pita at Abba Mediterranean- The flavor of the hummus is silky it has a whipped kind of texture. The pita is a very fresh berry airy you get seven slices in a little tub. To go with my hummus I got a glass of their Chablis for $15. As a group we got the risotto which is a shareable side with the fresh black truffle mushrooms. We also got the meatballs in the bowl that were on fire as well as the lemon potatoes. Overall the experience is amazing; we have a server and a gentleman refilling our waters.
